Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a solution-focused proven method created by Marisa Peer, that combines the most beneficial principals of Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and psychotherapy, offering unparalleled results.

As a child and all throughout your life, your mind soaks up everything around you. The good, as well as the bad, and this helps you form your personality, your beliefs, fears, and desires. These ideas and beliefs are stored deeply into your subconscious mind.

 

Further down the line, certain things start triggering you, and you react to these automatically, often against your will.

By using RTT®, we will uncover these old limiting beliefs and combined with the coaching and personalised recording I will give you, you will finally be free to live the life you want.

During an RTT® session:

 

  • We are going to relax your mind by going into hypnosis, which is really a relaxing state of your nervous system where you are fully aware and in full control at all times, but able to access your subconscious mind.

 

  • From there, we will find where and when you form those limiting beliefs, and help you understand how and why this is still affecting you.

 

  • With this new understanding, you will be able to break free permanently from those old destructive habits, ready to integrate into your subconscious mind the new beliefs and habits you desire in your life. 

 

  • You will take home your own personalised audio recording to listen for a minimum of 21 days to produce a long-lasting, truly transformative result. I might also give you a few exercises to do to incorporate the new habits into your life.

 

  • During the month following your session, I will be coaching you weekly and will be available for support if you need me

  • At the end of the month, we will have an evaluation of your progress
