Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), created by Marisa Peer, brings together the most powerful techniques from NLP, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).

Hypnosis is a natural state that everyone experiences—like daydreaming or being completely absorbed in a task.
While some people enter it more easily than others, the depth of hypnosis doesn’t determine its effectiveness. With the right guidance and an open mind, you can unlock powerful insights and lasting transformation.
While both use hypnosis, stage hypnosis and hypnotherapy/RTT® serve very different purposes.
Stage hypnotists carefully select participants—typically outgoing individuals who are willing to perform. Since hypnosis cannot make someone act against their will, participants subconsciously choose to follow suggestions for entertainment.
In contrast, hypnotherapy and RTT® are focused on personal transformation. Rather than performance, the goal is to help you overcome challenges, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change. Throughout the process, your well-being, integrity, and control remain the top priority.
