These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Cathy Jenkins (“the Practitioner”, “I”, “me”) when booking and engaging in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), hypnotherapy, coaching sessions, or related services.

By booking a session or purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Client Consent & Informed Agreement.

Services

 

I provide Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), hypnotherapy, and coaching services designed to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, anxiety reduction, and personal development.

Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

These services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

RTT and hypnotherapy are not recommended for individuals with a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, epilepsy, or other serious neurological or psychiatric conditions, unless approved by their medical professional.

Clients agree to inform Cathy Jenkins in advance if they have experienced, or are currently experiencing, any of these conditions, or if they are under psychiatric care or taking relevant medication.

Booking & Payment

• All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment confirms your acceptance of all relevant policies and agreements.

• Package sessions must be used within the stated timeframes.

Client Responsibilities

 

By engaging in therapy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information.

• Attend sessions punctually.

• Participate actively and openly.

• Listen to personalised recordings as recommended.

• Take responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions.

Practitioner Responsibilities

 

I agree to:

• Work within my professional training and scope of practice.

• Provide sessions in an ethical, respectful, and supportive manner.

• Maintain professional boundaries.

• Protect client confidentiality in line with legal and ethical requirements.

Confidentiality

 

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including:

• Risk of harm to yourself or others

• Safeguarding concerns

• Legal obligations

Therapeutic Outcomes & Disclaimer

 

Therapy outcomes vary between individuals. While many clients experience positive change, results cannot be guaranteed.

​

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.

Cancellation, Refunds & Packages

 

All cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and package usage are governed by the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please ensure you have read this policy carefully before booking.

Communications

 

Email and WhatsApp may be used for booking, scheduling, and follow-up communication, with light therapeutic content.

​

Therapeutic content and sensitive matters are discussed during scheduled sessions only.

If you have any concerns about your experience, please contact me directly so we can address the matter professionally and constructively.

All materials, recordings, and content provided are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on my website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
