Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel within 2 hours of payment:
You’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked. -
Cancel any time after the 2-hour window:
Your purchase becomes non-refundable.
This policy supports the time and energy dedicated to each client, and helps keep scheduling fair and consistent.
Package Timeframes
To get the most out of your therapy or coaching journey, please ensure sessions are booked and used within the timeframes below:

Your first session must take place within 1 month of purchase.

1-Month RTT + 1-Month Coaching Package:
All sessions must be completed within 2 months of the purchase date. -
3-Month Coaching Package:
All sessions must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unused sessions after the deadline will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
To protect the quality of your experience and the flow of the day:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled, and the full session fee will apply.
Therapist Cancellations
In rare circumstances, I may need to cancel or reschedule your session. If this happens, you’ll be offered alternative appointment times as soon as possible.
