
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Your session time is reserved especially for you. This policy supports the time, care, and preparation dedicated to each client, while helping to keep scheduling fair and consistent.
Your Session Time
Each appointment is set aside specifically for you and involves preparation and dedicated focus. Late cancellations and missed sessions are difficult to fill at short notice, which is why the following policy is in place.
Notice Period for Appointments
To cancel or reschedule a session, the following minimum notice periods apply:

RTT Sessions: At least 48 hours’ notice is required.

Coaching Sessions & Follow-Ups: At least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
As sessions are paid for in advance and prepared in dedicated time:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside the notice periods above will be charged at the full session fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged in full.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that unexpected situations and genuine emergencies can arise.
In exceptional circumstances, fees may be reviewed at my discretion.
Please contact me as soon as possible if this applies to you.
Refunds
Cancellation Within 2 Hours of Purchase
If you cancel within 2 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Cancellation After 2 Hours
If you cancel after the 2-hour window, your purchase becomes non-refundable.
This reflects the preparation, planning, and commitment involved in each booking.
Package Timeframes
To support continuity and progress, sessions must be booked and used within the following timeframes:

Your first RTT session must take place within 1 month of purchase.

1-Month RTT + 1-Month Coaching Package
All sessions must be completed within 2 months of the purchase date. -
3-Month Coaching Package
All sessions must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unused sessions after these timeframes will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
To protect the quality of your session and respect other clients’ appointments:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and the full session fee will apply.
Where possible, I will always aim to offer the remaining time, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Therapist Cancellations or Rescheduling
In rare circumstances, I may need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events.
If this happens, you will be offered an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
I will always aim to give as much notice as possible and minimise any inconvenience.

Your booking is only considered cancelled or rescheduled once you have received confirmation from me.
Please ensure your request is sent within the required notice period (48 hours for RTT sessions, 24 hours for coaching and follow-ups).
