RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy), developed by Marisa Peer, includes hypnosis but goes far beyond traditional hypnotherapy.
Traditional hypnotherapy often focuses on changing a specific behaviour or symptom through suggestion. RTT focuses on resolving the root cause of the issue, so the behaviour or emotional pattern no longer needs to exist.
RTT combines:
• Hypnosis to access the subconscious mind
• Psychotherapy techniques to uncover the origin of the issue
• Neuroscience-informed principles to support lasting change
• Coaching and integration support to embed results in daily life
By blending elements of psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioural therapy, RTT helps create deep and lasting transformation, often in just one to three sessions.
RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy), developed by Marisa Peer, includes hypnosis but is far more comprehensive than traditional hypnotherapy.
Traditional hypnotherapy often focuses on changing a specific behaviour or symptom, such as anxiety, or smoking, by introducing positive suggestions while you are in a relaxed, hypnotic state.
RTT takes this much further by focusing on why the issue exists in the first place.
RTT is an integrative, neuroscience-informed approach that combines:
• Hypnosis, to access the subconscious mind where beliefs and emotional patterns are formed
• Psychotherapy techniques, to uncover the root cause of emotional or behavioural issues
• Neuroscience-informed principles, supporting long-term change through neuroplasticity
• Coaching and integration support, to help embed changes into everyday life
Rather than simply managing symptoms, RTT helps you identify, understand, and resolve the origin of the pattern, so the symptom or behaviour no longer needs to serve a purpose.
RTT also blends the most effective elements of psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and cognitive behavioural therapy, allowing deep subconscious shifts to happen efficiently and safely.
This root-cause approach is why RTT is known for producing meaningful, lasting results , often in just one to three sessions.
